1. Acceptance

By signing up for Bizzcraft, you agree to these terms. Bizzcraft is operated by Samz Retail Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

2. The service

Bizzcraft provides done-for-you website services for UK businesses. This includes website design, hosting, online booking, customer messaging, and supporting tools. Specific features vary by plan.

3. Setup fee and monthly subscription

You pay a one-time £99 setup fee (or £499 for Custom plans) plus a monthly subscription fee (£9–£99 depending on plan). Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly fees are charged in advance.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel any time. Your service continues until the end of your paid period. We don't lock you in with contracts. To cancel, email hello@bizzcraft.co.uk.

5. Domain ownership

You own your domain. If you cancel, we'll help transfer it to another provider at no cost.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bizzcraft for illegal activities, content that violates third-party rights, adult content, gambling without appropriate licences, or anything that could harm our infrastructure or other customers.

7. Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime. If your site is down due to our fault for more than 24 hours in any month, you're entitled to a pro-rata refund for that month.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
